Dr. Christoph Schuler

Dr. Christoph Schuler has been Managing Director of FTI-Andersch Assurance GmbH WPG since the beginning of 2022. Prior to this, he spent five years in the management team at FTI-Andersch and over 10 years in a senior position at a leading international auditing firm. He was appointed as a certified public accountant in January 2010.

His work focuses on the preparation and review of restructuring concepts and reports in accordance with professional and supreme court requirements, the performance of scenario and option analyses, the preparation of business plans in the context of financial restructuring, the plausibility checking and preparation of integrated corporate plans, the optimization of short-term liquidity management, and the identification and implementation of cost reduction and optimization potential. In addition, Christoph Schuler regularly supports both buyers and sellers in transaction processes and due diligence investigations.

Christoph Schuler began his professional career as an auditor in the field of financial statement auditing and was involved in annual and consolidated financial statement audits in accordance with national and international regulations.

He focuses in particular on the mechanical and plant engineering, paper and packaging, pharmaceutical, and retail sectors.

He studied business administration at the European Business School in Oestrich-Winkel and received his doctorate in economics from Goethe University Frankfurt am Main.

Dr. Schuler lives with his family in Frankfurt am Main.
