Peer Wunder

Peer Wunder has been managing director of FTI-Andersch Assurance GmbH WPG since 2020. Here, he is primarily responsible for preparing and validating restructuring reports, company analyses and plans, as well as preparing option analyses and reviewing reasons for insolvency.
Prior to this, Peer Wunder was part of the management team at FTI-Andersch since 2012.

A trained auditor and tax advisor, he also gained many years of professional experience at a leading global auditing firm in his previous position as authorized signatory/senior manager. There, he primarily carried out planning plausibility checks, prepared restructuring reports, and took over cash management for clients from a wide range of industries, as well as supporting financing negotiations with investors and other parties involved and assisting with refinancing processes.

His industry focus is on real estate, mechanical engineering, pharmaceuticals, agriculture and food, and logistics.

Peer Wunder studied economics at the University of Leipzig, the Leipzig Graduate School of Management, and American University in Washington, D.C.

He is married and has two children.
